Permissions in ReversePilot

ReversePilot is designed to give granular, role-based permissions for loan visibility and access.

Global & Company-Wide Roles

  • Super Admin

  • Can view all loans across all companies.

  • Company Admin

  • Can view all loans within their company.

  • Any Manager Role (Loan Officer Manager, Processor Manager, Underwriter Manager, etc.)

  • Can view all loans within their company, regardless of direct assignment.

Note: Users in these groups do not need to be explicitly assigned to a loan. Their role alone grants visibility.

Loan-Specific Roles

  • Loan Officer
  • Processor
  • Underwriter
  • Closer
  • Funder
  • Post-Closer

These roles only grant access when the user is explicitly assigned to the loan through a LoanParty (or equivalent assignment table).
If a user is not assigned, they should not see the loan.
