Flood Certificate Integration

ReversePilot integrates with FloodCert.org to automatically retrieve flood zone information for properties involved in reverse mortgage applications. This integration ensures compliance with federal regulations regarding flood insurance requirements.

Obtaining Flood Zone Information

  1. Property Address Input: When entering a new loan application, ensure that the property address is complete and accurate. floodcert-property-info.png

  2. Order Confirmation: The system will automatically query FloodCert.org using the provided address to retrieve flood zone information. Note that this may take a few moments. floodcert-order.png

  3. Review Results: Once the flood zone information is retrieved, it will be displayed in the loan application under the Flood Zone section.
